What you can read here before the 3R exists
- Every building permit filed on the parcel, with type, status, dates and declared cost.
- The use and number of units written on the latest permits.
- Electrical and plumbing permits, which the 3R leaves out.
- DBI complaints and notices of violation, including work without permit.
- Soft-story retrofit status, assessed value and estimated property tax.
What this site is not
