Where do I find the block and lot?

On the property tax bill (APN), in most listings, and on the Assessor's map: four digits for the block, three for the lot.

Is this the 3R report?

No. The 3R is issued by DBI to the seller and must be delivered before closing. This site shows the open permit data first.

Why is a permit missing?

Very old permits and some records are not in the open data; electrical and plumbing permits are listed separately.

Why is the civic number not shown?

To avoid publishing the exact address of a home; the street and the block and lot are enough.

What is in the $19 report?

All permits on the parcel, violations, soft-story status, assessed value and estimated tax, as a PDF within 24 hours.
